Flashing propellor

Provides great reflection if there is sun and wind. When the wind stops during the day pigeons and doves walk or land next to it. It’s a lot of money for something that is reliant on the sun and the wind to make it sort of effective

Pigeons and doves can be especially frustrating, as they are homing birds and will keep coming back for a while until they realise that they are being irritated by the flashes.
