Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a refund. Delivery costs on returning the product will be for the customer's expense. If you wish to exchange the item, delivery costs both ways will apply. You can return your purchase for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
The following items do not qualify for refunds or returns:
- No refunds on netting products, as these are bulky items and incur high delivery costs.
- No refunds on any liquid products.
Due to the high prevalence of fraud, Ecogreen Birdspike reserves the right to refuse any refund.
To request a return or refund, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organize it for you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will only be granted a partial refund, or not be eligible for a refund.
