Eagle Eye Breezer Flash for land birds is a wind-driven rotating, reflective spinning unit for rooftops. Designed to rotate in the slightest breeze, while the multiple flashing patterns on each cup flash in the sunlight and discourage approaching birds from landing. 

How to Use

• Most effective when placed in direct sunlight.
